1 One Way
Trip is defined as pickup of one child from one location and
deliver to child's school or designated drop off point and received by parent or guardian. Example: Pick up child from school at 3PM and drop off at home or music
lesson.
NOTE: If your child rides less than 4 times a week, the cost per
trip is $15, if more than 3 rides the cost is $13 per trip.
2 Additional
Child is a child in addition to the first
child who is coming from the same pick-up and to the same drop off location at
the same pick-up and drop-off times.

3 Weekend Service requires notice by Thursday before the
weekend service is needed.
4 Out of Service Area Example: $15.00 + $2.00 (1
mile out) = $17.00/ride. This is measured by the length of road
traveled (instead of a straight line) starting from the farthest point
within the service area that is the nearest point to your destination or
pick-up point. Our Service Area is defined primarily as the
3.5-mile radius from the corner of E 10th Street & E Street (Center of
Tracy as defined by Yahoo! Maps). This is basically Tracy ZIP codes
95304, 95376, 95377, and 95378. See map of service area
here. If the address is inside the yellow circle, it's
within the service area.

Cancellations
If canceling within seven days of ride:

Ride is credited to your account on next month’s invoice.
We reserve the right to make changes to rates & service at any time,
with or without notice.
